Do they not then consider the Qur'n carefully? Had it been from other than Allh, they would surely have found therein much contradictions. (An-Nisa 4:82)
[Ibn Katheer | Tabari | Qurtubi]
Arabic
83

When there comes to them some matter touching (public) safety or fear, they make it known (among the people), if only they had referred it to the Messenger or to those charged with authority among them, the proper investigators would have understood it from them (directly). Had it not been for the Grace and Mercy of Allh upon you, you would have followed Shaitn (Satan), save a few of you. (An-Nisa 4:83)
[Ibn Katheer | Tabari | Qurtubi]
Arabic
84

Then fight (O Muhammad SAW) in the Cause of Allh, you are not tasked (held responsible) except for yourself, and incite the believers (to fight along with you), it may be that Allh will restrain the evil might of the disbelievers. And Allh is Stronger in Might and Stronger in punishing. (An-Nisa 4:84)
[Ibn Katheer | Tabari | Qurtubi]
Arabic
85

Whosoever intercedes for a good cause will have the reward thereof, and whosoever intercedes for an evil cause will have a share in its burden. And Allh is Ever All-Able to do (and also an All-Witness to) everything. (An-Nisa 4:85)
[Ibn Katheer | Tabari | Qurtubi]
Arabic

When you are greeted with a greeting, greet in return with what is better than it, or (at least) return it equally. Certainly, Allh is Ever a Careful Account Taker of all things. (An-Nisa 4:86)
[Ibn Katheer | Tabari | Qurtubi]
Arabic
87

Allh! L ilha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He). Surely, He will gather you together on the Day of Resurrection about which there is no doubt. And who is truer in statement than Allh? (An-Nisa 4:87)
[Ibn Katheer | Tabari | Qurtubi]
Arabic
88

Then what is the matter with you that you are divided into two parties about the hypocrites? Allh has cast them back (to disbelief) because of what they have earned. Do you want to guide him whom Allh has made to go astray? And he whom Allh has made to go astray, you will never find for him any way (of guidance). (An-Nisa 4:88)
[Ibn Katheer | Tabari | Qurtubi]
Arabic
89

They wish that you reject Faith, as they have rejected (Faith), and thus that you all become equal (like one another). So take not Auliy' (protectors or friends) from them, till they emigrate in the Way of Allh (to Muhammad SAW). But if they turn back (from Islm), take (hold) of them and kill them wherever you find them, and take neither Auliy' (protectors or friends) nor helpers from them. (An-Nisa 4:89)
[Ibn Katheer | Tabari | Qurtubi]
Arabic
90

Except those who join a group, between you and whom there is a treaty (of peace), or those who approach you with their breasts restraining from fighting you as well as fighting their own people. Had Allh willed, indeed He would have given them power over you, and they would have fought you. So if they withdraw from you, and fight not against you, and offer you peace, then Allh has opened no way for you against them. (An-Nisa 4:90)
[Ibn Katheer | Tabari | Qurtubi]
Arabic
91

You will find others that wish to have security from you and security from their people. Every time they are sent back to temptation, they yield thereto. If they withdraw not from you, nor offer you peace, nor restrain their hands, take (hold) of them and kill them wherever you find them. In their case, We have provided you with a clear warrant against them. (An-Nisa 4:91)
