And verily, Allâh is not unjust to His slaves." (Al-Anfal 8:51) [Ibn Katheer | Tabari | Qurtubi] Arabic 52 ßóÏóÃúÈö Âáö ÝöÑúÚóæúäó æóÇáøóÐöíäó ãöä ÞóÈúáöåöãú ßóÝóÑõæÇú ÈöÂíóÇÊö Çááøåö ÝóÃóÎóÐóåõãõ Çááøåõ ÈöÐõäõæÈöåöãú Åöäøó Çááøåó Þóæöíøñ ÔóÏöíÏõ ÇáúÚöÞóÇÈö Similar to the behaviour of the people of Fir'aun (Pharaoh), and of those before them; they rejected the Ayât (proofs, verses, etc.) of Allâh, so Allâh punished them for their sins. Verily, Allâh is All-Strong, Severe in punishment. (Al-Anfal 8:52) [Ibn Katheer | Tabari | Qurtubi] Arabic 53 Ðóáößó ÈöÃóäøó Çááøåó áóãú íóßõ ãõÛóíøöÑðÇ äøöÚúãóÉð ÃóäúÚóãóåóÇ Úóáóì Þóæúãò ÍóÊøóì íõÛóíøöÑõæÇú ãóÇ ÈöÃóäÝõÓöåöãú æóÃóäøó Çááøåó ÓóãöíÚñ Úóáöíãñ That is so because Allâh will never change a grace which He has bestowed on a people until they change what is in their ownselves. And verily, Allâh is All-Hearer, All-Knower. They belied the Ayât (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.), of their Lord, so We destroyed them for their sins, and We drowned the people of Fir'aun (Pharaoh) for they were all Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong-doers, etc.). (Al-Anfal 8:55) [Ibn Katheer | Tabari | Qurtubi] Arabic 56 ÇáøóÐöíäó ÚóÇåóÏÊøó ãöäúåõãú Ëõãøó íóäÞõÖõæäó ÚóåúÏóåõãú Ýöí ßõáøö ãóÑøóÉò æóåõãú áÇó íóÊøóÞõæäó They are those with whom you made a covenant, but they break their covenant every time and they do not fear Allâh. Certainly Allâh likes not the treacherous. Verily, they will never be able to save themselves (from Allâh's Punishment).
